1. PreTreat Pre-Spray: Depending on the soil of the surface, we will pre-treat the dirtier areas with special chemicals. We'll place your furniture on blocks so the chemicals will not touch your wood.

2. Scrub Scrub and Pressure Rinse: We use floor machines specifically designed for solid surfaces to clean your tiles and grout. We'll use special tools on your grout if it requires extra cleaning.

3. After Dry and Seal: Then we remove all the water and cleaning solvent from your tiles, and seal it with a product that will extend the life of your floor and keep stains and dirt from setting permanently into your tiles and grout.
